These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Swim Movement Academy's services, including class enrolment, assessments and all related activities. By booking a class or assessment, you agree to these terms.
All new swimmers must complete a swim assessment before joining a regular class. Assessments are complimentary and may be booked via WhatsApp, email or our Academy portal. Placement in a class is at the sole discretion of our coaching team, based on the swimmer's assessed ability and comfort level.
Fees are published on the Swim Movement Academy portal and are subject to change with reasonable notice. Full term fees are due before or upon commencement of the first class of each term. Trial class fees are collected at the time of booking. We accept payment via bank transfer, PayNow or as otherwise specified at time of enrolment.
Term fees are non-refundable once a term has commenced. If a class is cancelled by Swim Movement Academy due to unforeseen circumstances (including facility closure or coach unavailability), a make-up class or credit will be arranged. Missed classes due to personal reasons are not eligible for refunds or make-up sessions unless a medical certificate is provided.
Participants must be in good health to attend classes. Please inform our coaches of any medical conditions, injuries or recent illness before class. Swim Movement Academy reserves the right to refuse participation where safety may be compromised. All swimmers must follow poolside rules at all times. Parents or guardians of children under 7 must remain on the premises during class.
Swim Movement Academy may photograph or video class activities for use in marketing materials, social media and our website. Images will never identify individual children by name without explicit parental consent. If you do not wish your child to be photographed, please inform us in writing before their first class.
Swim Movement Academy takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of participants. However, swimming involves inherent risks. By enrolling, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Swim Movement Academy is not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from participation in our programmes, except where caused by our negligence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page. Continued enrolment after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
