Swim Movement Academy ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it and your rights under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
When you book an assessment or enrol in a class, we collect: your name and contact details (phone, email); the swimmer's name, date of birth and any relevant medical or health information; payment records; and communications with our team via WhatsApp, email or our booking portal.
When you visit our website, we collect anonymised analytics data (page views, device type, location) via Google Analytics. This data does not identify you personally.
We use your data to: manage your enrolment and class scheduling; communicate about classes, term dates and programme updates; process payments; ensure the safety and appropriate placement of all swimmers; and improve our services and website experience.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with: our booking platform (Swim Movement Academy portal); payment processors; and authorities if required by law. All third-party service providers are bound by data protection obligations.
We retain your personal data for as long as you are an active student or as required by law. If you cease enrolment, we will retain your records for a minimum of two years for administrative and safety purposes, then securely delete them upon request.
