01 2–4 years · Toddlers

Play to Learn

Our specially designed aquatic programme for toddlers, where water exploration meets early childhood development. Through imaginative, play-based activities in a safe, nurturing pool, little ones build water confidence, motor coordination and a lifelong love for swimming.

02 4+ years

Learn to Swim

The ideal starting point for children aged 4 and above ready to develop real swimming skills. Students follow a structured, progressive curriculum — from water safety fundamentals and floating through to full stroke development.

03 All abilities

Adaptive Swimming

Thoughtfully designed for learners with different abilities — physical, intellectual, sensory and developmental. Our specially trained, certified coaches use individualised approaches to create a safe, inclusive, empowering aquatic experience.

04 16+ years

Adult Swimming

It's never too late to learn how to swim! We warmly welcome complete beginners as well as adults looking to refine their technique — in a relaxed, non-judgemental group setting guided by patient, experienced coaches.

05 16+ years · Women only

Ladies Only

Learn to Swim · Aqua Fitness — with a lady coach, in a fully closed, all-female, Muslimah-friendly environment. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking for a joint-friendly workout, this is your space. No male coaches, no mixed classes.

06 7–14 years · Squad

Pre / Competitive Squad

For swimmers who've completed Learn to Swim and are preparing to enter competitive swimming. Coaches focus on advanced stroke refinement, race strategy, starts and turns, endurance training and structured periodised training cycles.

Prerequisite: Completion of Learn to Swim or equivalent assessment Session Duration: 90 mins · twice a week
07 All ages

Hydrotherapy

Harnesses the therapeutic properties of water to support rehabilitation, recovery and physical wellness. Ideal for stroke rehabilitation, fall-risk management, or muscle coordination and strength challenges — each session personalised to the participant.

08 All fitness levels

Aquatic Fitness

A high-intensity, low-impact water workout using the natural resistance and buoyancy of water to build strength and burn calories. Water jogging, aqua jumping jacks and flutter kicks get your heart rate up fast — with zero hard impact on your joints.

09 Expectant mothers

Prenatal Conditioning

Designed to help expectant mothers stay safely active and strong throughout pregnancy. The gentle buoyancy of water reduces strain on the body while supporting cardiovascular health, muscle tone and overall wellbeing.

For those who prefer dedicated, personalised attention — fully customised one-on-one coaching for all ages and skill levels. Your dedicated coach designs every session around your personal goals, schedule and learning pace.

How much do swimming lessons cost?

Our swimming programmes start from SGD 140 per month. Course fees vary depending on the programme, class size and lesson duration — contact us for the latest schedule and pricing.

What skills will I learn?

Each programme is designed according to the swimmer's age and ability. Students progress through skills such as:

  • Water confidence and water safety
  • Floating and breathing techniques
  • Kicking and body position

What is the learning journey for each programme?

Every swimmer follows a structured learning journey tailored to their age and ability.

  • Play to Learn (Toddlers): water confidence, water safety, parent-child bonding, floating, kicking and building comfort in the water.
  • Learn to Swim: students progress through our Swim Movement Levels 1–6, developing water confidence, survival skills, stroke technique, endurance and overall proficiency — advancing based on skill mastery, not time spent in class.
